The
Canadian River Valley has attracted human inhabitants for thousands
of years. Rich with game, forage, and blessed with a mild climate
the valley has been a constant site for human activities since
well before the arrival of the Spanish.
Spear points and arrowheads are common finds along the river,
and the River Valley Pioneer Museum has a good collection of artifacts
that date back several thousand years. |
